We have a clear NO return policy. Exceptions are made only under two conditions:
- The received product has a damage or defect.
- The delivered product mismatches the order.
Returns are subject to the following -
- vVyom customer care should receive a formal notification of the return within 24 hours of receiving the product. (Via Email at Support@vVyom.com)
- The product should be unused, in new condition, with tags on and in the same packaging as sent.
- The product should not be a custom made ( Any customizations rendered to change from actual garment like color, Embroidery, Measurements)
- A store credit is generally awarded with an year-long validity of the same amount to be redeemed against any product of the same or greater value.
