Shipping & Returns



Our Exchange policy is austere. Changing to a different color, work or style is never possible. But, we do consider few special cases, owing to the following constraints-

  1. Availability of the product to be exchanged to a different size
  2. Product to be couriered by the customer only.


Returns are subject to the following -

We have a clear NO return policy. Exceptions are made only under two conditions:

  1. The received product has a damage or defect.
  2. The delivered product mismatches the order.

Returns are subject to the following -

  •   vVyom customer care should receive a formal notification of the return within twenty four hours of receiving the product. (Via Email at
  •   The product should be unused, in new condition, with tags on and in the same packaging as sent.
  •   The product should not be a custom made ( Any customizations rendered to change from actual garment like color, Embroidery, Measurements)
  •   A store credit is generally awarded with an year-long validity of the same amount to be redeemed against any product of the same or greater value.


All orders are shipped through our registered shipping partners, the likes of DHL, BlueDart etc.

Shipping information is relayed through email, on the email ID specified at the time of order placement.

Delivery of each order will be to the registered address of the customer as mentioned at the time of order placement only.

Reverse Pick-ups are arranged only for returns of damaged or incorrect deliveries. NO reverse pick-up is arranged for any kind of exchanges.

Delivery of the shipment is subject to the Courier Company. vVyom only guarantees timely dispatch within the delivery time mentioned, post order and/or payment confirmation, and is not liable for any delay in delivery by the shipping partner. Also, vVyom is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit.
